Zinhor Nasri (born 1999), also known as Zinhor Nasriddinzoda, is a Tajik programmer, entrepreneur, blogger and Wikimedian. He is a co-founder and the chief technology officer of the technology company Navju. [1][2]
Early life and education
Zinhor Nasri was born on 16 May 1999 in the village of Iskodar in the Ayni District of Tajikistan, the youngest of six children in a family that valued learning. He grew up in the capital, Dushanbe, where he completed school No. 50, and went on to study German translation at the Tajik National University. [1]
Career
Nasri taught himself programming while still at school and built several of his own projects as a student. In 2017, together with Zubaydullo Abduqayum, he designed and presented the educational project Donishxona, which was supported by the national Committee on Youth Affairs and Sport until 2019. In 2020 he co-founded the technology company Navju with Khayyom Sarakhon, serving as co-founder and chief technology officer; the company develops websites, mobile applications and web platforms. [3] From 2022 to 2024 he led the Startup Association of Tajikistan. In 2024 he launched Navju Cloud, a platform offering domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates and corporate email to customers. [4]
Blogging and media
Nasri began publishing as a blogger in early 2023, focusing on technology education, mobile-application tips and the histories of the world's technology companies. He first used the name Zinhor Lifehack and later adopted Zinhor Digital. In 2023 he was named Tech Blogger of the Year by the Bloggers Association of Tajikistan, and from 2024 he co-produced the Digital Millat podcast. [1]
Wikimedia work
Nasri has edited Wikipedia since 2019 and registered under his own name on the Wikimedia projects in 2021, where he also contributes to Wikimedia Commons. [1][5] He was one of the main organisers of the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the Tajik Wikipedia in 2024 and represented the Tajik Wikimedians User Group at the CEE Meeting 2024 in Istanbul. From April 2025 he was chosen as a key contact for the user group. [6]
